Learning and Development Intern

We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic interns to join our Gurgaon office for a 2-month internship program.

1️⃣ HR Intern :

Support the HR team through data analytics, dashboard creation, and process improvement. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel / Power BI, and an interest in HR data and reporting.

2️⃣ L&D Intern :

Assist in organizing assessment centers, coordinating training sessions, and designing engaging content. Suitable for creative, detail-oriented candidates with good communication and design skills (Canva, PowerPoint).

3️⃣ Sales Intern :

Work on strategic projects, business planning, and data-driven initiatives. Best suited for self-starters with strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
