Duties and Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement :
- Greet and assist customers courteously, understanding their furniture and décor needs.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, materials, finishes, and prices.
- Suggest suitable furniture options based on customers' space, budget, and style preferences.
- Sales Generation :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and custom furniture solutions to increase sales.
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
- Product Knowledge :
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all furniture products, accessories, and interior solutions offered.
- Stay informed about trends, materials, and competitors' pricing to improve sales performance.
- Showroom Maintenance :
- Ensure furniture displays are clean, organized, and attractively arranged.
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers for product placement and promotional displays.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
- Handle customer complaints or product issues professionally and escalate to the manager if required.
- Coordination and Reporting :
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely product dispatch and installation.
- Update daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and follow-up records.
- Report feedback and market trends to the Sales Manager for strategy improvement.
- Team Support :
- Work collaboratively with showroom and design teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in stock checks, tagging, and product labeling.
