Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute India Sourcing & Category Strategy aligned with global goals.
• Responsible and accountable for planning and leading sourcing initiatives across IT Contingent Labor, IT Managed Services, and Consulting Engagements.
• Able to lead execution and application of vendor management in the IT Managed Services categories, aligned to the Vendor Relationship Management Framework and Global Sourcing Services and Process Landscape.
• Knowledge of competitive opportunities within all assigned categories and identify operational and cost savings to benefit the Firm.
• Manage the full RFP lifecycle to include drafting the documentation, evaluation / analysis phases, bidder reviews interviews, contract negotiations etc.
