Position (Job title) : Technical Field Engineer (Projects & Applications)
Reports to : Head – Projects & Applications
Job summary and key objectives :
Achieving targets of the Projects Team in terms of Projects execution – timelines and costs. Conducting site surveys and Customer meetings to gather required information. Technical offer to sales team. Detailed field surveys , coordination with Engineering team for project drawings. Coordinate with Purchase Team and suppliers for timely project execution. Manage installation vendors at site. Clarify Customer queries and formally close a project. Regular progress reports and Customer communication. Provide technical support to Customers and Sales Team on demand. Training to sales team as per plan.
Role priorities :
Timely Response – technical offers to sales & BD Team
Site surveys – walk through and detailed
Project Management – Coordinate with External Customer, Camfil Engineering , Procurement, Suppliers , QA and installers to timely completion
Regular updates on Project Progress to internal and external Customers
Completion and handover
Attend Customer complaints post installation
Trainings to sales team as and when required
Know-how : (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)
Mechanical Engineering Graduate – 7-10 years of experience
Filtration Industry would be an added advantage
Project Management experience of small projects
Knowledge of MS projects would be an added advantage
