Purchasing Executive

Manage end-to-end procurement operations for technical, mechanical, and electrical items, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing for assigned vessels. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth purchase processes and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Procure technical spare parts and equipment for assigned vessels, ensuring quality and timely availability.

Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers for seamless purchase operations.

Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and related operational data.

Looking For :

Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical, mechanical, electrical, or related procurement roles

Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills

Good understanding of technical spare parts and purchase processes

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and manage purchase documentation
