Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing ServiceNow applications and modules, with a strong background in automated testing and agile development environments. This role involves validating ServiceNow functionality, building and executing test scripts, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the platform. Key Responsibilities : Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications, including modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and custom applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, execution tracking, and defect reporting. Actively participate in agile ceremonies and utilize ADO agile boards to manage test tasks and progress. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and re-testing. Ensure testing best practices and standards are followed across all ServiceNow development efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications : Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing, including both manual and automated testing approaches. Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework or third-party tools integrated with ServiceNow). Working experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management and defect tracking. Experience with ADO agile boards is a significant plus. Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications : ServiceNow certification(s) in QA, ATF, or any related module. Experience in performance testing or security testing of ServiceNow applications.
