We’re looking for Automation QA Engineers with 2–6 years of hands-on experience , who bring strong testing skills, a solid foundation in development, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Role Overview
If you’re a Software Craftsperson who values clean, test-driven code and embraces Extreme Programming principles, we’d love to meet you. At Incubyte , we’re a DevOps-focused organization where developers and QAs own the entire release cycle. You’ll gain exposure across automation frameworks, cloud infrastructure, client communication, and everything in between.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Testing : Drive testing initiatives across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a continuous deployment environment.Functional & Automated Testing : Identify test conditions, develop test scenarios, and create automated test suites with clear documentation of expected outcomes.Automation Frameworks : Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar.Focus on Accessibility : Ensure that accessibility standards are met across all products and features.User-Centric Approach : Represent the user to ensure system stability, integrity, and predictability in production.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement : Partner with cross-functional teams to plan sprints, write user stories, and identify process improvement opportunities.Requirements
What We're Looking For
Strong expertise in at least one modern automation tool / framework (e.g., Playwright , Cypress, Selenium, etc.) with the ability to quickly learn new tools.Proficiency in a programming language such as JavaScript or similar.Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using tools like Cucumber / Gherkin .Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and software engineering methodologies.Familiarity with SQL for data validation and Linux commands for maintaining test servers.Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Hudson) and source control / bug-tracking systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective test case documentation and stakeholder interaction.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.Experience working in Agile or Extreme Programming environments.Benefits
