Non-Voice Executive
to support our HR operations and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
, possess strong organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to handling administrative and coordination tasks within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR department with daily operations and coordination activities.
- Handle employee documentation, record maintenance, and data entry accurately.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate communication and document verification.
- Coordinate with staff and management for HR-related queries and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and organize reports, letters, and other HR-related documents as required.
- Assist in payroll and attendance-related documentation, if needed.
- Communicate effectively in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
for internal coordination and employee interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency inTelugu, Hindi, and English
(both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).Prior experience in HR coordination, administration, or documentation will be an added advantage.
