Position : DFT Engineer

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Bangalore / Noida

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days (Early Joiners Preferred)

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• Hands-on experience in Scan Insertion, ATPG, and MBIST.
• Strong knowledge of Tessent DFT tools (Scan, MBIST, JTAG, Boundary Scan).
• Experience in DFT architecture, pattern generation, and coverage analysis.
• Good understanding of Verilog RTL, Synthesis, and Timing concepts.
• Exposure to Silicon Debug and Pattern Simulation (preferred).
• Proficient in TCL / Perl / Python scripting for automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
