I. Job Summary :
The Senior Oracle HCM Analyst will be a strategic member of the IT Enterprise Applications team, responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite. The role covers modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning. This position requires close collaboration with HRIS, HR teams, and global IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions that drive operational excellence and support business growth.
II. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the complete Oracle Cloud HCM environment across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Serve as an SME for Oracle HCM Cloud, offering best-practice guidance on configurations and system optimization.
- Own and execute quarterly HCM Cloud upgrades, SR management, and issue resolution with Oracle Support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party / internal systems.
- Collaborate with HRIS / HR teams to define business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and support.
- Mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional project teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using modern Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Develop technical documentation, training resources, and configuration guides.
- Ensure data accuracy, security compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical teams across global time zones.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements, tools, and industry trends.
III. Years of Experience :
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud;prior Oracle EBS HCM experience is highly desirable.
IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional) :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (preferred but optional).V. Skill Set Required :
Must have :
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.Strong expertise in Fast Formulas , HCM Workflow , HDL , HSDL , OTBI , and HCM Extracts .Solid knowledge of Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Learn, and UKG Time & Labor integrations.Ability to lead complex, global-scale projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Nice to have :
Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM.Working knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and cloud technologies.Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
