We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of US staffing experience, preferably from a Direct Client background. If you’ve worked with direct clients or MSPs and are passionate about connecting top talent with leading US firms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for legal and compliance-related roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.
• Collaborate with direct clients or top MSPs to understand job requirements and deliver the best talent.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage client–candidate communication.
• Negotiate compensation and assist in the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
