ServiceNow Developer (Remote – India)

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time contract (3+ months, with potential to convert to permanent). This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful ServiceNow projects while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment.

📍 Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or 100% Remote – anywhere in India)

🕒 Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 hours / day (IST)

💼 Contract Type : Full-time contract, 3+ months (possibility of extension or hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
• Develop catalog items, workflows, client / server scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Implement Service Portal and build user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub) .
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain system stability, performance, and security .
• Develop technical documentation and support guides.
