About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with strong industry connections and a proven record in digital media sales . The ideal candidate should be passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and closing strategic partnerships across programmatic, branding, and performance marketing verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard direct brands, media agencies, and networks for digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure recurring business.
- Promote and pitch programmatic, brand awareness, and performance-based media offerings.
- Conduct regular client meetings across Delhi, NCR, and Gurugram; attend outstation meetings as required.
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaign delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in digital ad sales / business development / media sales .Strong network of agency and brand contacts within the Delhi-NCR ecosystem.Proven success in programmatic, branding, and performance marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent client travel.What We Offer
