Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner Consultant based in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Business Partner Consultant will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing guidance on HR policies, managing employee relations, facilitating talent management, and supporting performance management processes. The consultant will also drive initiatives for professional development, workforce planning, and organizational change management while ensuring compliance with local and global HR regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational change management
  • Skills in employee relations, performance management, and talent management
  • Proficiency in facilitating professional development and training programs
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and lead HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in global HR environments or technology-driven organizations is a plus
