Accounting Manager

Job Summary :

KodeKloud is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to manage our finance operations in India and provide essential support to our global accounting team in their financial processes and reporting.

Offered Compensation : INR 9,00,000 / - to INR 11,00,000 / -

Responsibilities :

Oversee all accounting activities and financial reporting processes for KodeKloud India

Consistently enhance financial policies, internal controls, and processes to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of KodeKloud India’s finance function

Monitor and manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment and filing of TDS returns

Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries

Manage EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) compliance and filings.

Manage transfer pricing policy, implementation and monitoring between KodeKloud India and KodeKloud Singapore

Prepare monthly and yearly management accounts, dashboards and provide insight into operational effectiveness

Maintain proper documentation and records related to SOPs, statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements

Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions for audit, intercompany transfer pricing, global GST, income taxes and fixed asset management

Monitor and stay updated on changes in the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant laws and regulations

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant qualified. Candidates with a Big 4 background will be viewed favorably

3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance operations, statutory filings, and preparation of management reports

Demonstrates exceptional independence, with the ability to initiate, self-direct, and independently develop processes without guidance in a fully remote work environment

In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards

Familiarity with accounting software, including Zoho Books, Xero or similar platforms

Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, highly familiar with VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIF and other such functions

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
