CTC : ₹36,000 – ₹38,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism

Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary

Ensure compliance with quality and process standards

Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service

Salary & Incentives

CTC : ₹36,000 – ₹38,000 per month

In-hand (Training Period – First 3 Months) : ~₹30,000 - 32000

Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) : Up to ₹1,000 / month based on performance

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (any stream) – Mandatory

Minimum 1 year of international customer support / customer handling experience (on paper)

Strong written communication skills

Flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs
