As we expand our footprint, we seek a talented and experienced Account Based Marketing

Manager to grow our existing accounts.

Role Brief :

You will help drive growth in our existing accounts, working closely with BU heads, client

partners, and sales teams. You will need to leverage various marketing channels, both online

and offline, to improve revenue, relationships, and reputation in key accounts.

To be successful in this role you should possess :

– Ability to put together comprehensive strategic ABM plans and campaigns for key accounts.

– Execute the plans through various B2B marketing channels including events, customer visits,

Innovation days, social media, digital marketing, emails, newsletters, webinars, podcasts etc.

– Develop content specific to accounts. These could be brochures, flyers, email content, videos,

microsites, blogs, presentations, whitepapers, content support for leadership, etc.

– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including delivery, sales, client partners,

capabilities, design, etc.

– Support identification of key accounts through continuous engagement with BU heads and

client partners.

– Support sales teams in large bids by helping create proposal-specific content.

– Possess awareness and focus on the end goal, to generate revenue from existing accounts.

While there are strong leading indicators such as relationship and reputation strength, these

need to convert into pipeline and revenue eventually. Being data-driven is very important.

– Measure and report ABM-specific outcomes to key stakeholders on a continuous basis.

Must haves :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple

priorities
