Marketing Manager – B2B AI & Automation Services

Job descriptionDrive marketing initiatives such as website updates, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks. Oversee and execute social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular and impactful presence. Manage SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns to improve digital visibility. Collaborate with sales teams to create collateral, presentations, and ROI-focused content. Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events to engage prospects and position Auxiliobits as a thought leader. Support sales teams with lead generation initiatives and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). Act as both a strategist and hands-on contributor, executing tasks directly or managing available resources / vendors. Measure marketing performance using analytics, track ROI, and optimize campaigns. Align closely with leadership and business development teams to ensure consistency in message and goals. 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, Automation, or IT services. Proven expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales-driven marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO / SEM, and marketing automation tools. Ability to design and deliver webinars, product launches, and digital events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messaging. Strategic thinker with the ability to also execute independently. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, Canva / Figma.
