Job Title : Senior Architect

Location : Pune, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using

and other software. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

1. Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

2. Main responsibility includes assisting in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site.

3. Acquire design awareness and design culture in the team.

4. Utilize knowledge and materials in order to create ideal finished product

5. Maintain thorough communication with Architects and Technicians in the team.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 7yrs years of experience in architecture field
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Knowledge of MCGM DCPR for feasibility studies.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Must have worked on large projects
