headspace Mildura is a youth friendly centre providing a range of evidence based, early intervention services to young people aged 12-25 years across four core streams; primary health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and education / vocation.

About the opportunity :

headspace Mildura is seeking a General Practitioner (fully registered) with an interest in youth health to join our well-established multidisciplinary team on a part time or sessional basis. As a headspace GP, you will provide an opportunity for young people to access bulk-billed youth friendly medical services early as part of a collaborative and holistic model of care, ensuring better pathways to health and wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to provide holistic care across a wide range of physical, mental and sexual health issues, including preventative healthcare, early identification / diagnosis / treatment, and provision of Mental Health Treatment Plans and referral as appropriate.

• Flexible work days / hours, scheduled around your commitments, and with the option for after-hours appointments on Tuesdays (centre open until 7pm)
