About the Job :

As an Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer, you'll play a crucial role in automating and optimizing business processes for our clients. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application integration, deep expertise with Workfront, and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Scenario Development and Management : Design, develop, manage, and customize complex integration scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion to automate tasks and connect various applications and services.
Workflow Customization : Customize workflows using built-in modules to meet specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Workfront solutions that optimize digital marketing and other business processes.
Workfront Administration : Manage and maintain Workfront solutions, ensuring they are configured correctly and running smoothly. This includes hands-on experience with Workfront Manager.
Technical Leadership : Provide solutioning and technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices for Workfront and Fusion development.
Client Communication : Serve as a technical point of contact for client stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, technical challenges, and solution designs.
Process Expertise : Leverage expertise in digital marketing operations to create solutions that directly address the needs of marketing teams.
UI Development (Optional but a plus) : Utilize UI development knowledge to design and implement user-friendly Workfront interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Qualifications : Experience :

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in integration of web applications.

At least 1+ year of hands-on experience specifically with Adobe Workfront Fusion.

Certifications :

Possession of an Adobe Workfront badge or certification is mandatory.

Technical Skills :

Proven experience in developing, managing, and customizing scenarios within Adobe Workfront Fusion.

Expertise in Workfront Manager and the ability to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Workfront solutions.

Strong understanding of processes involved in digital marketing operations.

Knowledge of UI development for enhancing Workfront interfaces is highly desirable.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.

Strong solutioning and leadership skills to guide and mentor a team.
