Job descriptionManage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners. Negotiate contracts and deals to ensure mutual benefit. Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes. Leverage fluency in English, Hindi, and additional languages to engage with clients across regions. Build strong rapport with stakeholders through clear, professional communication. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients. Work with the marketing team to create promotional content, proposals, and collateral. Track and report on campaign effectiveness. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Provide recommendations for new opportunities and strategies for growth. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums. Promote brand image and build awareness through presentations and events. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage). Critical problem-solving ability Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
