Senior Manager - External Supply QA

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree (or equivalent) with experience in leadership, project management, organizational change, quality, or GxP Processes and a proven track record of excellent leadership
• 10+ years in pharma / healthcare, including 5+ years in leadership or people management roles
• Prior experience in hiring and building a team to support global processes is mandatory
• Prior experience in managing multiple suppliers or contracts manufacturers is desirable with experience in negotiation, collaboration, decision-making, and adaptable to time and situational demands
• Experience of working in a matrix setup with local and global managers will be an advantage
• A background in quality and / or quality processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing will be highly relevant
• Familiarity with QMS processes, drug development life cycle, sourcing, and GxP regulations is advantageous
• Clear, direct, and diplomatic communicator; fluent in English (verbal and written); adept at cross-functional and global interaction
• Proficient in handling complex issues, providing strategic advice, and influencing diverse international stakeholders
• Excellent at creating and delivering impactful presentations to various organizational levels
