Merchant Support Executive - Partnerships

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized ‘Merchant Support Executive – Partnerships’ to support in the daily operations of the business. With a keen attention to detail, the Executive will be able to assist in daily activities of the Partnership Team, Support in tracking and resolving Customer Complaints, Sourcing Marketing collateral, and liaising with internal and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Main responsibilities :

Internal Operations

• Maintain accurate complaint records, resolution timelines, and status reports on a daily / weekly basis.
• Receive, log, and manage merchant complaints from multiple channels.
• Investigate issues by coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Tech, and Partner Relations.
• Track and ensure timely closure of complaints as per SLA and escalation guidelines.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to merchants and stakeholders.
• Analyze recurring issues and share insights with management for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to management when delays or risks are identified
