Job descriptionMentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications. Manage deployments, CI / CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership / mentoring role . Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.Js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.Js / Java / .NET (any core Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Experience with microservices architecture , REST APIs, and GraphQL. Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies . Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.
