Position : Sales Head – Water Treatment Chemicals
Experience : 15–30 years
Location : Preferably Chennai / Mumbai / Delhi ; open to Pan-India candidates
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage techno-commercial sales and marketing activities for Water Treatment chemicals.
- Drive new product development , including market assessment, customer trials, and commercialization.
- Plan, execute, and review sales performance and operational effectiveness in line with business objectives.
- Manage the consultants, key clients, and strategic partners .
- Oversee credit evaluation and inventory / stock planning .
- Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans .
- Represent the organization through frequent international travel , participation in global exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums .
