- Should have sales capability : Responsible for selling International Holiday packages , Should have the experience of handling Sales Leads, should have worked over the phones and target oriented.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Sales Reporting: Compile and maintain records of sales data, sales targets, and sales performance, providing regular reports to the Top Management
- Client Management: Plan and assist with clients' travel preferences, creating tailored itineraries based on their budgets. Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation options
- Research: Maintain and update knowledge of the travel industry, including new destinations, travel regulations, and market trends.
