Senior Developer / Engineer - Front-End / 2 month freelance contract

Job Summary :

The Senior Developer / Engineer - Front-End is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end solutions within the SAP Hybris / Commerce Cloud platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :

  • Develop and implement front-end components and templates in SAP Hybris / Commerce Cloud.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end development.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.G., VueJS, Angular).
  • Experience with SAP Hybris / Commerce Cloud and related technologies (CMS, PIM, web-services).
  • Strong understanding of web development best practices and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Project & Team Environment :

    Work within a dynamic team of developers, designers, project managers, and client contacts.

  • Participate in agile development processes and regular team meetings.

    • Start date : ASAP

    Duration : Until end of year (extension likely)

    Location : Fully remote (offshore preferable)
