Responsibilities for Client Services Executive

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, branding activities, and digital marketing deliverables on time.
• Identify research needs, execute studies, and analyze insights to discover new client opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and client industry developments.
• Assist in developing and implementing brand communication strategies across multiple media platforms.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
