Position Title : Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location : Noida

Department : Finance

Experience Required : 4–7 years post-qualification

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS .

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.

Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

3. Technical Accounting & Advisory

Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).

Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.

Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.

Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of IND AS , IFRS , and financial reporting frameworks.

Hands-on experience in FP&A , budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficiency in Excel , ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
