Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure all technical services are operational during shift duty.
- Manage engineering team and coordinate technical issues with clients and occupants.
- Oversee and maintain electromechanical utility services at the site.
- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects.
- Review subordinate staff performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Maintain documentation for assets under defect liability and AMC / CAMC using a tracker.
- Hire, train, and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff.
- Monitor budgets, SLAs, and KPIs for both in-house and outsourced service providers.
- Handle agreement renewals, invoice submissions, and payment follow-ups.
- Oversee vendor quotations, invoices, and ensure proper sign-offs for cost sheets.
- Organize monthly vendor meetings and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
- Plan and implement energy conservation initiatives.
- Prepare monthly utility readings and ensure logbooks / checklists are up to date.
- Maintain history cards for all equipment and attend major complaints as needed.
- Ensure work permits are in place and safety procedures are followed.
- Assist in risk assessments, root cause analysis, and emergency response planning.
- Participate in evacuation drills and be part of ERT / QRT teams.
- Maintain engineering reports such as DMR and MMR.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams to close required reports.
- Promote safety-first culture under 'No Safety No Work' policy.
