Job Title : IBM Case Manager

Required Skillset : IBM Case Manager, Integration with FileNet, Agile Scrum Delivery, Case Builder artifacts, external documents.

Location : PAN

Experience Range : 6-8 years

Job Description : Required SKillset :

  • Good understanding about IBM Case Manager architecture, case builder artifacts, pages, views.
  • Hands on experience with designing case solutions.
  • Good experience with Case Builder artifacts, external documents, Case Task and process fragments, security.
  • Hands on experience with Page designer and Case operations component.
  • Good experience in deploying and debugging case solutions.
  • Experience with CMAC, Configuration manager and FileNet deployment manager.
  • Experience in integrating custom widgets and business rules.
  • Experience in building custom application in REST service and JavaScript API’s.
  • Knowledge about 3rd party integration with FileNet.
  • Knowledge about Case Analyzer, Case Monitor and Cognos RTM.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum Delivery.
  • Experience in dojo preferred. Experience in Java / J2EE preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities :

    1 Co-ordinates with the business teams to gather requirements, meet tollgates.

    2 Co-ordinates with the offshore teams and business analysts.

    3 Help the onsite / offshore team with designing and troubleshooting.

    4 Work in an agile as well as waterfall environments, attend agile ceremonies.

    5 Co-ordinate with the QA teams and consolidate / report testing outcomes.

    6 Execute projects to completion through all its phases.
