Key responsibilities :

  • Strong communication skills

  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide input and recommendations for best practices
  • Involved in ERP Practice building, implementations, and support functions of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud activities

    • Required skills :

  • Minimum 9+ years of experience working in all Oracle SCM Modules namely procurement, inventory, order management
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working in Oracle SCM Fusion Solution
  • At least 3 - 4 end-to-end Implementation
  • Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in delivering solutions with variations in service offerings to meet customer needs
  • Good knowledge on the domain and product / technology relevant to the services
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and rapport-building with team members and clients
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Skill enhancements through self-learning and certifications
  • User Roles, Cutover Planning
  • Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement new processes
  • Study customer requirements on Finance process
  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
  • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
  • Suggest best practices to improve business processes.
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.
  • Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
  • Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud
