About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our growing IT & Infrastructure team. You'll help support around 100 users across the organization—working with modern technologies like Microsoft 365, Intune, and macOS / Windows environments .

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world IT operations in a high-growth startup, making it ideal for someone eager to develop technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Where You Can Create Impact

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account creation, and access control).
• Provide basic assistance for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Help manage and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist with Wi-Fi / network troubleshooting and endpoint security monitoring.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and system upgrades.
