Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the course selection process, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed decisions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their learning goals and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
- Match learners with suitable programs based on their background, needs, and goals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets through effective follow-ups and consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academic, and operations) to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Collect and report feedback to improve course offerings and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC : Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience & performance)Incentives : Attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentivesTicket Size of Courses : ₹60,000 – ₹3,00,000Statutory Benefits : PF, Gratuity, Tax deductionsIncentives (Training Period) :First 3 months : ₹800 – ₹1,000 per monthPost 3 months : ₹3,000 – ₹3,500 per monthPreferred Candidate Profile
Experience : Minimum 1+ years in EdTech, Sales, or Academic Counseling (Freshers will not be considered)
Languages Required :
English + Telugu (Highly Preferred)English + Hindi (Acceptable)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confident, proactive, and highly target-driven.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.Why Join Us
