Field Engineer (Onsite Technical Support)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Field Engineer to provide hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services at client locations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hardware, software, and network support, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Coordinate with the NOC / local office for updates, escalations, and service communications.
- Support and maintain video conferencing systems and ensure smooth operation.
- Provide assistance with finance-related and taxation-related online services.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and escalate critical issues when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Technical / Engineering discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT field support.Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.Proficiency in hardware / software troubleshooting and network configuration.Knowledge of video conferencing systems setup and maintenance.Familiarity with finance and taxation online platforms (preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
