Job Description :

Our ideal candidate will lead a team of safety professionals, driving process improvements and ensuring global consistency. This role requires collaboration with other operations specialists to address problem areas, work scheduling, staffing needs, equipment needs, and projected peak workloads.

We are looking for a strong leader who can develop training plans, identify training and development needs of staff, and encourage continuous improvement of department work processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for efficient management of project resources through effective planning, working closely with operations specialist managers.
