Location : Noida, Sec-62

Shift : India Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST)

Department : Human Resources

Reports To : Head of HR – USA

• Lead performance reporting across all teams (Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance)
• Manage a team of two Performance Analysts
• Identify performance gaps and escalate issues to leadership
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting
• Oversee Training & Development plans for new hires
• Support improvement plans, coaching, and process documentation
• Partner with US leadership to strengthen accountability and performance culture
• 8+ years of HR experience (must have)
• 3+ years in US Staffing industry
• 3+ years of people leadership
• Strong analytical mindset + obsession with accuracy
• Ability to hold others accountable with clarity and confidence
• Bachelor’s degree required;

Master’s preferred
