Job description10+ years in multi-brand restaurant operations (CDR / Fine Dine). Proven P&L ownership and measurable improvements in revenue / margins. Experience across 2–3 organisations with multiple dine-in brands. Strong network in Mumbai & Delhi (chefs, senior ops, vendors). Hands-on with SOPs, procurement, menu engineering, and delivery integrations. Experience working with private equity / founders and presenting performance updates. Track record of successful refurbishments, rollouts or scale-ups. Strong people leadership & culture building skills. Lead one of India's iconic restaurant portfolios and shape the next growth chapter for premium dining. Close collaboration with founders and PE partner; high visibility leadership role.
We are hiring a Business Head – Restaurant Division for our esteemed client, a premium multi-brand F&B group known for iconic fine-dine and premium casual concepts. This is a leadership role to scale a multi-brand portfolio in Mumbai & Delhi, working closely with founders and private equity partners.
Job Title : Business Head – Restaurant Business
Location : Mumbai OR Delhi
Role Snapshot :
- Lead end-to-end operations for a multi-brand portfolio (fine-dine & premium casual).
- Own the division P&L and deliver revenue & profitability targets.
- Drive operational excellence — standardize SOPs (quality, hygiene, service), optimize avg check & table turnover, and improve customer ratings.
- Lead refurbishments, menu & brand experience upgrades, and rollout initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; liaise with PE / investors for performance reviews.
