Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large, complex customer events
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
• Develop event concepts, themes, logistics, and detailed project plans
• Manage event budgets and timelines effectively
• Oversee onsite event management, including venue selection, supplier coordination, and client liaison
• Evaluate event success and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with stakeholders
• Work UK business hours and maintain flexibility for event schedules
