Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade databases using Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Access, particularly in building data models, reports, and automation tools that support business operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros.
• Modernize legacy MS Access applications and migrate data to SQL Server where appropriate.
• Collaborate with application developers to support integrations and data pipelines.
• Implement data governance, security, and backup strategies.
• Document database architecture, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
