Job description11+ years of total IT experience, with strong relevant experience in automation testing and project management. Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or similar). Solid knowledge of Java / Python scripting, API testing, and frameworks. Experience in integrating automation with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Strong project management skills with experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory). Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Previous experience managing distributed / offshore teams.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Automation Testing and proven management skills. The ideal candidate will bring 11+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on expertise in test automation, project execution, and people management. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation testing projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish and enforce test automation best practices, frameworks, and processes.
- Provide technical leadership in automation testing (Selenium, Java, API Testing, CI / CD integration).
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies and conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Mentor and guide teams to improve efficiency, quality, and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project progress and challenges.
- Track project metrics and present reports to senior management.
