Job Title : Webflow Developer (Marketing & Ops)

We are looking for a highly creative, out-of-the-box thinker for our marketing team, who can convert conceptual briefs and ambiguous asks into incredible user experiences for our website and for our clients.
The ideal candidate is a Webflow-first developer who understands marketing fundamentals, has a solid grasp of technical SEO, and can take end-to-end ownership of our website performance, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, manage, and maintain the company website using Webflow
- Own the website roadmap, performance, and technical development end-to-end
- Maintain a scalable design system within Webflow and ensure alignment with design guidelines in Figma
- Develop new landing pages and campaign microsites using the existing design system
- Manage and improve website performance metrics including speed, responsiveness, and SEO health
- Set up, integrate, and manage analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, ad platform SDKs, etc.)
- Implement and maintain technical SEO, structured data, schema, and AEO best practices
- Coordinate with marketing ops and design members to ensure smooth CRM lead flow and accurate tracking
- Work closely with designers to validate technical feasibility and provide feedback on usability and interaction design
- Debug and troubleshoot Webflow and website issues as needed
- Build reusable code, libraries, and CMS structures to support scale and efficiency
- Conduct testing and QA to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and user experience across devices and browsers
MUST-HAVES
2–3 years of experience in web development, with strong proficiency in Webflow and no-code best practicesHands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for custom embeds, animations, and troubleshootingWorking knowledge of Figma, including using and maintaining design systemsStrong technical SEO foundation, schema markup, structured data, site speed optimization, indexing, and analytics setupExperience with marketing integrations, HubSpot (forms, CRM), Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, and reCAPTCHAUnderstanding of CMS architecture and scalable, component-based Webflow setupsExperience with workflow automation and integrations via Zapier or similar toolsFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot for productivity and optimizationExcellent attention to detail, documentation, and project management skillsLearning mindset with an ability to improve processes, experiment, and drive continuous website enhancement
