Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and deliver complex change programs within the investment banking domain, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory and control frameworks.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Ensure smooth stakeholder communication, governance, and timely reporting.
Required Skills & Experience :
8-10+ years of experience in consulting or managing large-scale change programs in investment banking.Proven track record of delivering complex projects in financial markets / trading environments.Strong understanding of investment banking products & operations.Expertise in Equities Prime Brokerage (Cash or Synthetic) including trade capture, lifecycle, risk & margin, and client experience.Knowledge of Equity Finance / Securities Lending (Availability, Trade Management, Inventory Management, Tri-party, Collateral) with awareness of regional variations.Good understanding of financial products : Derivatives, Corporate Bonds, Converts, Loans, Swaps, Equities, and their full trade lifecycle.Awareness of how Prime relates to Equities and Global Markets.Exposure to industry-standard platforms such as Traiana, Geneva, Access Fintech, Global 1, Syncova.Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.Strong knowledge of financial market regulations & control frameworks.Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.(ref : iimjobs.com)
