Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Requirements :

  • 2 - 3 years of professional experience with Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and backend frameworks (Express.js, Fastify or similar).
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with API design and integration.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

    • Good to have :

  • Experience with Cloud Technology (eg. AWS) will be plus.
  • Experience in using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
