Role Overview :

As a Senior Data Scientist at Colan Infotech, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI / ML solutions to solve complex business problems. Youll lead projects that integrate Agentic AI architectures with Classical ML models to deliver scalable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement advanced Agentic AI frameworks for reasoning, planning, and decision-making.
• Design, train, and optimize classical ML models (regression, clustering, ensembles, deep learning, etc.).
• Drive end-to-end data workflows : data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI / ML into business solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and lead research initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI / ML and recommend adoption strategies.
