Experience : 5+ Years (Candidate must have Water and Wastewater Equipment sales experience)

Role & Responsibilities :

Independently running the entire sales and marketing operations with a profitable profile.

Sale and Marketing of water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, recycling, ZLD, and swimming pool products.

Meet annual Sales target.

Prepare and implement annual sales strategy.

Hiring & training the sales team.

Lead, direct, guide & encourage the sales team to deliver results.

Lead evaluation, stage coding & proposal management.

All techno-commercial discussions & negotiations to finalize most of the projects.

Preparing, tracking and reporting of all sales and marketing activities on a weekly & monthly basis.

Essential Qualification : Good academic record with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Environmental Science, Mechanical or MBA) from reputed institutions.

Experience : 4 to 6 + years in Sales within the Water business.

Critical Competencies of the Job

Annual Salary : 7 to 8 Lac + Commission.
