Job Position : Veeva Developer + Salesforce

Knowledge and skills

• Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications
• Validate workflows including approval chains content publishing and analytics tracking
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans JIRA or similar
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations e.g. FDA GxP during testing cycles
• Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution
• Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger Fiddler or browser developer tools 1
• Required Skills
• Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules e.g. Veeva RIM Vault MedComms
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms Azure preferred 2
• Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium Cucumber and scripting languages Java Groovy 2
• Knowledge of analytics validation and cross browser platform testing 1
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
