Job descriptionDevelop and maintain Duck Creek Billing Center applications using Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools. Design, configure, and implement billing solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Build and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners in an Agile / Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. Utilize C#, .NET, and XML technologies to customize and extend Duck Creek applications. Manage and optimize relational database operations using SQL Server or Oracle databases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the billing system promptly. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members as needed. Stay up-to-date with Duck Creek product enhancements, industry trends, and insurance billing best practices. Duck Creek Billing certification (if applicable). Experience in other Duck Creek modules (Policy Center, Claims Center). .NET, Sql Server, Xml, Oracle
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Duck Creek Billing Center development.
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and XML.
- Experience with integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server / Oracle).
- Understanding of insurance billing processes and industry best practices.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
