Hiring For : Oracle HCM - Technical

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules.

Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements.

Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee.

Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound / outbound integrations with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills

15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)

Graduate / Post-graduate degree
